Detailed Program
1st day: Cycling from
Ho Chi Minh City to Ben-Tre and onto Tra-Vinh (L, D).
Our cycling team meet at 08:00 A.M, private minibus transfer
to Long An province - famous with Nang Thom Cho Dao - the Jasmine rice area,
start cycling throughout contryside with rice fileds, dragon fruit
plantations..aftr 02 hours to My Tho. Visit the ancient Buddhism pagoda, lunch
at vegetarian restaurant.
After lunch, bus transfer to Ben Tre - famous with only
coconut plantations, 03 hours cycling in quiet single tracks under green coconut gardens before using small local ferry cross
over one in nine mouth of the Mighty Mekong - the Bassac Mouth. Countinue a
short cycle from ferry station to hotel in Tra-Vinh. Stay in this lovely town
at standard 3*** standard hotel.
2nd day: Cycling from
Tra-Vinh to Can-Tho (B, L, D).
Check-out 8a.m, visit the Ao Ba Om site & Theravada
Kh'mer pagoda, Cultural Museum of Kh'mer people in the South Vietnam. start
high light cycling to Tieu Can throughout trails inside beautiful panorama rice
fields.
After lunch, bus transfer to Tra On, start cycling cross
over 02 islalnds with a hint peaceful countryside village by lush green pomelo
fruit gardens.
Countinue to Can-Tho. Dinner at romantic restaurant and free
at 3*** hotel.
3rd day: Cycling from
Can-Tho to Floating Market of Cai-Rang and return to Saigon (B, L).
At the morning (or early), boat trip to the Cai-Rang
floating market, slowly weaving between the merchant boats, nice photos with
moments of the colours & busy trading on the Floating market. Enjoy local
foods, fruits...countinue crusing along the river, small nature waterways to
see the simple life inside deep of Mekong Delta.
Minibus leaves Can-Tho for cycling round on small trails,
quiet villages, rice files.. to Tam Binh. Lunch at local restaurant on the half
way driving back to Saigon. End of our services.
